REFUND POLICY

To qualify for the ADVANCED RATE discount you must submit orders with payment online fourteen calendar days prior to the first open show date. All sales of services are final. Payment in full is due at the time the services are ordered. Notification of cancellations must be received in writing a minimum of fourteen days prior to the scheduled show opening. Any complaint or claim must be brought to the Service Desk prior to the end of the event. The exhibitor shall maintain insurance as necessary to protect against loss or damage to equipment and property In accordance with The Classic Center license agreement.
